Man Killed from a Fiery Car Crash in Cross Island Parkway
Queens, NY – A driver of a 2007 gray Infiniti G35 sedan traveling at high speed southbound on the Cross Island Parkway lost control of his car, slamming it into a tree and caught fire at approximately 3:15 Wednesday morning. Due to the impact, the 25-year-old sedan operator was ejected from the burning vehicle.
As soon as authorities arrived, the victim was lying on the grass unconscious and unresponsive next to his car engulfed in flames. Paramedics rushed him to Long Island Jewish Valley Stream, but was pronounced deceased.
