Brooklyn, NYC – A 23-year-old man was struck by a gray Toyota Sienna minivan driver who had lost control at the intersection of 50th Street and 13th Avenue in Borough Park. The victim was standing on a Brooklyn sidewalk at the time of the accident. He was rushed to the hospital with severe head and body injuries and proclaimed dead after. The two minivan drivers involved in the incident, both 27-year-old men, remained at the scene and did not sustain any injuries. Police officers are still investigating to determine the driver who disregarded the stoplight at the corner, and no charges have been filed yet.
