Brooklyn, NYC – A 33-year-old man driving a scooter was fatally dragged underneath an SUV operated by a 45-year-old female unlicensed driver at the intersection of Clifton Place and Classon Avenue in Clinton Hill at around 1:12 p.m. Wednesday. The suspect, who was allegedly driving high, struck the victim and kept driving while pinning him underneath the car.
