Two-Vehicle Crash in Greenville Injures Two Including NY Fire Police Driver

Greenville, NY – A 2020 Volvo SUV carrying a woman, a child and two dogs crashed into a New York fire police vehicle along Interstate 84 in Greenville, New York on June the 3rd, causing the SUV to flip over. The SUV operator was trapped inside the vehicle, while the child was able to escape without injury. Firefighters extricated the driver and put out the fire from the SUV’s engine compartment. Both the NY fire police truck and SUV drivers sustained physical injuries and were transported to Orange Regional Medical Center. One of the two dogs in the SUV was killed in the crash.
