Yorktown Crash Claims Two Lives, Including County Sheriff Officer
Yorktown, NY – Two people died in a motor vehicle accident that occurred on Route 6N in Yorktown at approximately 6:00 p.m. on October 25. One of the victims, a 50-year-old off-duty officer at the Putnam County Sheriff’s office, was pronounced dead at the scene; while the 56-year-old female victim was rushed to Westchester County Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
