1 Dead, Several Others Injured in Long Island Car Crash Involving Drunk Driver
Long Island, NYC – One person died and several others were injured after a 2016 Toyota Corolla, with a 27-year-old female drunk driver behind the wheel, struck multiple parked cars on Front Street and Hendrickson Avenue in Hempstead at around 4:35 a.m. on May 29. A Massapequa man sitting in one of the vehicles was declared dead in the hospital. All occupants of the Corolla were hurt, including two in serious condition. The Uniondale woman is facing multiple charges including DWI and reckless driving.
