1 Killed in Car and Garbage Truck Collision
New York – One person was killed when a car rear-ended a garbage truck on Route 1 & 9 in the southbound lanes north of the Hackensack River Drawbridge at around 1:50 a.m. on April 30. First responders extricated the car operator who was trapped inside the vehicle.
