22-Year-Old Driver Fatally Strikes 53-Year-Old Pedestrian in East Flatbush, Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NY – A 22-year-old man driving his Hyundai fatally struck a 53-year-old female pedestrian near the intersection of East 55th Street and Glenwood Road in East Flatbush at around 10:16 p.m. on December 10. The suspect was arrested and charged with manslaughter, assault, and reckless driving after he fled from an earlier collision. The patient was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
