23-Year-Old Dodge Charger Driver Arrested After a Police Pursuit that Ended in a Crash
New York – A 23-year-old New York man, driving a Dodge Charger, was arrested and charged with eluding police as he was caught speeding at 90 mph in the posted 70 mph zone but refused to stop and sped away at a high rate of speed. The police pursuit started at approximately 2:20 a.m. on November 5 in Augusta County and ended in a crash that resulted in injuries. Investigation is ongoing.
