24-Year-Old Woman Fatally Falls From Manhattan Rooftop
Manhattan, NYC – A 24-year-old woman fatally fell down an air shaft between two apartment buildings in the East Village at around 3:30 a.m. on May 22. The seven-story tragic plunge took place when the victim tried to cross from the roof of 200 Avenue A to the roof of 202, but lost her balance. She was taken to Bellevue Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
