Brooklyn, NYC – Three people, including two cops, were injured after a speeding black Ford Explorer with illegal lights and sirens crashed into an NYPD patrol car at the intersection of Coney Island and Foster Avenue in Kensington at around 7:30 p.m. on July 8. The 29-year-old Ford operator has a history of reckless driving, with dozens of moving violations and 13 previous accidents.
