7-Year-Old Boy Struck and Critically Injured by FDNY Fire Truck
Staten Island, NY – A 7-year-old boy was critically injured after being struck by a New York City Fire Department (FDNY) fire truck on Staten Island at around 7:30 a.m. on March 6. The child was crossing Broad Street in the Stapleton area of the borough when he got hit by the fire truck on its way back to its base. The victim was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center in critical condition.
