Queens, NYC – A 75-year-old female pedestrian was killed by an 83-year-old male driver operating his new Mercedes Benz sedan at around 3:35 p.m. Tuesday. The alleged suspect backed over and pinned the victim under the luxury car in a rear parking lot of a housing complex along 217th Street in the Oakland Gardens section.
