Bring a Family Member or Close Friend to Hospital Visits
No matter the situation, bring a family member or close friend to the hospital with you. As much as we like to help those who have suffered from medical malpractice, we would rather see people have good hospital experiences and not need our medical malpractice attorneys‘ help!
So, why bring someone to the hospital with you? Well, that’s a pretty easy answer: they’ll act as a witness. When you have a witness with you, medical staff will follow procedures a lot better. If you are alone, you have no idea whether or not procedures will be followed. You won’t have a record of what was or, more importantly, was not done for you, and you’ll want someone watching to keep track of things!
So, bring someone to your hospital visits. It’s more comforting to have them along and you’ll definitely appreciate their presence in the long run!
