Bronx Hit-and-Run Claims the Life of 71-Year-Old Man
Bronx, NY – A hit-and-run incident in the Bronx killed a 71-year-old man at around 4:00 p.m. on November 12. The fatal crash unfolded as the victim was struck by a tractor trailer at the intersection of East 138th Street and Exterior Street in Mott Haven. The truck driver fled the scene, leaving the victim unconscious on the roadway. The patient was rushed to Lincoln Hospital with head trauma, but could not be saved.
