DOT Worker Intentionally Struck by Unknown Driver on Palisades Parkway
Yonkers, NY – According to a report, a New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) worker was carried intentionally on the hood of a car while the driver continued to drive down Palisades Parkway on October 27, 2020. Police authorities did not disclose the driver’s identity and investigation is underway.
