Driver Dead, Passenger Injured After Crashing Their Car Into Truck in Brooklyn
Brooklyn, NYC – A 21-year-old driver of a Kia Forte died and his 22-year-old passenger was seriously injured after their car collided with a tractor-trailer carrying empty chicken coops on Hicks Street and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn Heights at around 2:40 a.m. on August 31.Allegedly, the Kia operator blew a red light and crashed into the truck. He was pronounced dead in the hospital, while his passenger was in stable condition.
