Elderly Pedestrian Critically Injured by Minivan in Manhattan Crash
Manhattan, NYC – A 73-year-old woman was critically injured after a minivan (pulling out of a parking garage) struck her while crossing W. 58th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenues near Columbus Circle in Midtown Manhattan at approximately 2:10 p.m. on April 3. A doctor pedestrian nearby performed CPR until medics arrived. The patient was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital with severe leg and head trauma.
