Elderly Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Tow Truck in Manhattan
Manhattan, NYC – An 85-year-old female pedestrian was fatally struck by a tow truck while crossing East 17th Street near Union Square Park at approximately 2:00 p.m. on July 14. The Queens woman was declared dead upon arrival of the emergency medical personnel.
