Staten Island, NY – A 24-year-old off-duty FDNY EMT officer driving a 2020 Dodge Challenger died at the scene when his vehicle slammed outside Susan Wagner High School at 1200 Manor Road in Sea View just before Tuesday midnight. The car flipped over and burst into flames which caused the death of the Brooklyn man.
