Motorcyclist Fatally Struck by Car in Cortlandt
New York – A 27-year-old motorcyclist succumbed to his injuries after being struck by a 2020 Buick Encore, with a 72-year-old Peekskill woman behind the wheel, on State Route 6 in Cortlandt on May 13. Due to the impact of the crash, the biker was ejected from his 2006 Honda motorcycle. He was pronounced dead by emergency responders while en route to Hudson Valley Hospital.
