Brooklyn, NY – One construction worker was killed and one seriously injured after a 9-foot retaining wall crumbled at a Brooklyn construction site at around 1:30 p.m. on December 28. Police and firefighters worked desperately to rescue workers buried underneath a heavy pile of rubble at 454 42nd Street near Fourth Avenue in Sunset Park. Investigation on the reason for the collapse is underway.
