Manhattan, NY – A pizza delivery man on a bicycle was critically injured after a speeding 21-year-old driver of a Honda Accord struck him on Delancey Street on the Lower East Side just after 6:00 p.m. on February 8. The Honda operator fled the crash scene, but returned to the site around 30 minutes later.
Upper East Side, NY – Up to five vehicles collided on the southbound highway at East 77th Street causing one car to burst into flames.
