Teen Passengers Killed and Seriously Injured in Three-Vehicle Crash in New City
Rockland County, New York – A 16-year-old male passenger was killed and a 17-year-old female passenger was seriously injured when the alleged 18-year-old drunk driver crashed their black sedan with two other vehicles on Congers Road in New City on May 6. Clarkstown Police charged him with DWI, reckless driving, and vehicular homicide.
