Three Dead After Nissan Altima Crashes Into Tree in Queens
Queens, NY – Three passengers in a Nissan Altima died after the car slammed into a tree on North Conduit Avenue and 122nd Street near the outskirts of Kennedy Airport at around 3:50 a.m. on October 6. The 24-year-old Altima driver survived the crash and was taken to Jamaica Hospital for treatment of injuries including broken ribs and a fractured collarbone. The tragic accident claimed the life of three Brooklyn residents including two women who were best friends, 19 and 20, and a young dad, 21. Initial investigation says that the Nissan was speeding before it veered into the tree.
