New York City – A 34-year-old driver of an alleged speeding car died as he got ejected from his vehicle from flipping over in East Harlem at around 1:40 a.m. on July 19. The tragic crash took place when the car slammed into a curb and overturned on Harlem River Drive, killing the driver, who did not have his seatbelt fastened. The 28-year-old passenger, whose seatbelt was fastened, only suffered minor scrapes.
