
Jessica C. Petry
Jessica C. Petry is an attorney at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C., where she focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation. She represents individuals and families harmed by medical negligence and assists in all stages of complex litigation, including case evaluation, legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, discovery, expert review, and trial preparation.
Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University, where she was involved in the Health Law Society, Public Justice Foundation, Dispute Resolution Society, Federal Bar Association, and the Women’s Bar Association. She also volunteered with the Pro Se Legal Assistance Program, providing limited-scope legal assistance to unrepresented litigants in federal civil matters.
She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration, magna cum laude, from Adelphi University, with a minor in Political Science, and an Advanced Certificate in Human Resource Management. Jessica brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach to her medical malpractice practice, shaped by her background as a former NCAA Division II student-athlete. Outside the office, she enjoys competitive soccer, running, and traveling.
