Bronx Multiple-Vehicle Crash Kills Driver and Injures Six

The Bronx, NY – A 35-year-old driver of a 2010 Toyota Camry traveling near Shore Road in Pelham Bay Park lost control of his car and met his death in a car collision with a 2014 Infiniti Q50, with a 27-year-old man behind the wheel. This wild crash happened at around 11:20 p.m. on Sunday, June 21, when the Camry rear-ended the Infiniti, which flew forward hitting the rear of a 2008 Toyota Highlander driven by a 51-year-old man. Consequently, the Camry kept going, struck a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee head-on, and hit a 2010 BMW X5.

The Camry operator (whose identity was not disclosed immediately) was declared dead on-the-spot. His 34-year-old front-seat female passenger was rushed to Jacobi Medical Center in critical condition. Paramedics also transported five more victims to the same hospital for sustaining physical injuries.
