Linda S. Reimann
Associate
Linda S. Reimann is an associate at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C., where she represents plaintiffs in medical malpractice and other personal injury matters. She supports senior attorneys in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, pleadings, discovery, and motion practice, with a particular focus on analyzing medical records to identify deviations from accepted standards of care.
Ms. Reimann earned her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2025, graduating in the top 5% of her class. While at Hofstra, she served as an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Law Review and was a member of the Dean’s Honor Scholar Program. She received multiple academic distinctions, including a Citation for Excellence in Constitutional Law and the Public Service Certificate at the Gold Level.
During law school, Ms. Reimann gained hands-on litigation experience through several competitive placements. She served as a legal intern in the Clinical Prosecution Practicum at the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office, where she assisted prosecutors with active cases under a student practice order. She also worked as a judicial intern in Nassau County Supreme Court, drafting bench memoranda and analyzing motion practice in matters including medical malpractice and personal injury actions. In addition, she represented veterans through the Robert W. Entenmann Veterans Law Clinic, assisting clients with disability benefits and discharge upgrades.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Ms. Reimann built extensive legal and business experience over more than a decade as a senior paralegal in real estate, banking, and foreclosure litigation, and later as an office and estate manager overseeing complex financial and asset matters. This background informs her practical, detail-oriented approach to litigation and client advocacy.
Ms. Reimann is admitted to practice in New York State and the United State District Court for the Eastern District and is pending admission to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
