Staten Island, NY – A hit-and-run crash killed a woman and critically injured a man on Staten Island. The tragic incident took place when a Honda Accord collided with a Mercedes Benz at approximately 6:15 p.m. near Lamberts Lane and Elson Street. The Honda operator fled the scene.
