Manhattan, NY – A 42-year-old East Harlem man was killed in a hit-and-run incident at the corner of East 97th Street and Second Avenue just before 5:00 p.m. Sunday. The victim was riding his e-bike when a black SUV struck him and took off, leaving him lying on the road. The vehicle was recovered unoccupied about a block away at the corner of 96th Street and Third Avenue. Police continue search and investigation for the suspect.
