
Dominic J. Danetti
Dominic J. Danetti is an associate attorney at Silberstein & Miklos, P.C., where he concentrates his practice on New York Labor Law and construction accident litigation. He represents injured construction workers and laborers in claims arising under Labor Law §§ 200, 240(1), and 241(6), as well as related negligence actions. Dominic is involved in all phases of litigation, including case evaluation, review of accident and site materials, motion practice, depositions, expert coordination, and trial preparation.
Prior to joining Silberstein & Miklos, P.C., Dominic served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. In that role, he handled arraignments, drafted and argued motions, presented cases to the grand jury, conducted hearings, and tried multiple felony cases to verdict. His prosecutorial background provides him with substantial courtroom experience, sharp advocacy skills, and a strategic approach to high-stakes litigation.
Dominic earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University, where he was a Merit Scholarship recipient and a Dean’s List honoree. While in law school, he participated in Mock Trial and was active in the Criminal Justice Society and Italian Law Students. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Molloy College.
Dominic is admitted to practice in the State of New York. A former NCAA Division II student-athlete, he brings discipline, preparation, and a competitive mindset to his Labor Law and construction accident practice.
